ANNA MARIA ISLAND DIRECTORIES:
Stay Anna Maria Island is your source for information on Florida's classic beach getaway destination.  AMI does not have high-rise resorts or chain restaurants.  Just world-class beaches and privately owned businesses that offer an escape from commercialized vacations.  Please utilize our directories of Anna Maria Island accommodations, restaurants, shops, things to do and beaches.  Also take advantage of great deals on hotel stays, dining, shopping and fun activities.

ANNA MARIA ISLAND MAP & GUIDE: Pick up your copy of the Anna Maria Island pocket map at your hotel's front counter or download a printable map by clicking the image to the right.  The Stay Anna Maria Island Map & Guide includes pin-point locations for every island restaurant as well as an amenities directory for beaches.  The pocket guide also provides information on fun things to do and gas & groceries.

REQUEST INFORMATION: You don't have to contact each Anna Maria Island business individually.  Just enter your name and email into the fields to the left to have Anna Maria Island businesses send their information to you.  Please be sure to let us know what information you're looking for, such as "beachfront hotels" or "fine dining."
ANNA MARIA ISLAND ARTICLES

THE THREE TOWNS OF ANNA MARIA ISLAND

The City of Anna Maria
The actual City of Anna Maria is located on the northern portion of Anna Maria Island.  The City of Anna Maria is home to many of the most historic island structures, including the AMI Museum and the Anna Maria City Pier.  You'll find most shops and restaurants along Gulf Dr. and Pine Ave.

  Holmes Beach
Holmes Beach, located in the center of Anna Maria Island, is the most heavily trafficked portion of the island. Many shops and restaurants are located along Gulf Dr., East Bay Dr. and Marina Dr. Many beach day-trippers are also drawn here for the convenience of beach parking at Manatee County Beach.

  Bradenton Beach
Bradenton Beach is the township located on the narrow southern region of Anna Maria Island.  It has dozens of great shops and restaurants lining Gulf Dr. and Historic Bridge Street.  Cortez Beach and Coquina Beach are both very popular because of their convenient parking and quick access.
Come on & Take a Free Ride

The three towns of Anna Maria Island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach) are easily traversed with the Island Trolley.  The big green trolleys travel from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north end of the island to Coquina Beach on the southern tip.  Dozens of stops are strategically placed every few blocks along Gulf Dr. and Maria Dr., so the Island Trolley is convenient for everyone.  Pick ups are 20-30 minutes apart from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.  Best of all, it's free!
